Hourly Service - Microsoft Certified Professionals

• Level-1:  Workstation management, maintenance, and repair services
• Level-2:  Network Server and subsystem management
• Level-3:  Network and Dedicated Server repair services

Same-day onsite service during standard business hours with after-hour support limited to availability.  There is a one-hour minimum for service calls.  All travel expenses are included for the local 10-mile radius from Reno.  Travel charges may apply for outreaching areas.

• 8-Hour Service Package - Maintenance and management for entire network
• 16-Hour Service Package - Maintenance and management for entire network
• 32-Hour Service Package - Maintenance and management for entire network
• 64-Hour Service Package - Maintenance and management for entire network

Pre-paid service retainer provides highest-priority availability during and after standard business hours with support in response for service calls.  This all-inclusive plan covers every service level, making it ideal for network environments.  All travel expenses are included for the local Reno area.  All listed packages are active for up to 12 months after the purchase date.

Telephone Support

• Complete full-range telephone support billed in 15-minute increments

Emergency Service

Emergency call service includes immediate on-site response 24 hours a day, seven days a week including holidays.  This fee includes all local travel and research time.
